CDateTimeCtrl DTS_UPDOWN display issue

Hi

i am displaying a CDateTimeCtrl.  i create it with the following style

DTS_RIGHTALIGN|WS_TABSTOP|DTS_UPDOWN|DTS_APPCANPARSE

sometimes when the control displays, its up/down buttons are not shown and their area is transparent.
