Project "Property pages" is displaying "References" window without configuration options

Hi,

I´m getting a strange behaviour from VS2012 when I call the properties over my project in the solution. The first image is what is currently displaying, the second one is what it should display. As you can see the configuration options are missing.

This is a 2010 C++ project inside a 2012 solution that has other C++ projects in 2012.

I have tried to remove all files and reload the entire solution from the TFS server without success.

Does anyone know how can I make the configuration options appear, or is this a setting I need/have to change?
