Trouble Linking To Boost.

Hi Folks:

   I've just retired my development machine and I'm having problems getting compiles through my new PC. 

   After a successful compile, I'm getting this error:

      LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'libboost_filesystem-vc100-mt-gd-1_50.lib'

   This worked on the old system. 

   I've gone to the Boost install directory and built the Boost library from source.  Several times with bootstrap and b2. 

   Any ideas?
