Differences between to binary files generate by Visual Studio 2010 (C++)

Hello!

All is in the subject. I would like to know what are the differences between two binary files generated by Visual Studio 2010 on the same source code. I saw that differences with HxD Editor but I don't see which kind of differences (date of generation, ... ) that can be.

Are there any solutions to generate binary files strictly equals based only on content (source code) ?
