VC Redistributable - missing msdia120.dll

Hi,

 I am trying to install the MS DIA redistributable, which, according to http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vstudio/dn249728.aspx, should be available in the VC 2013 Redistributable.

But, after installing the vcredist_x86.exe or vcredist_x64.exe I still do not have any recollection of the so called msdia120.dll (not even in the installation log files).

I remember I had the same issue with VC 2012 Redistributable and msdia110.dll. Couldn't find a solution for that either.

Am I missing anything? How do I install a program which utilizes the MS DIA SDK?
