SHBrowseForFolder does not show newly created folder when Run As different user

Hi all,

My application displays Browse Folder using SHBrowseForFolder. (The root folder is given as NULL ). It works perfectly fine when I run it normally.

But when my application is Run As a different user the things are different. When I try to create a folder using the "Make New Folder" button this new folder is not shown in the browse Folder dialog. But actually this folder is created (This we can verify in the explorer).

what could be the problem? How can I make Browse Folder work even when Run As a different user?

NOTE: I tried this in xp 64 bit.
