MSDN Ribbon Tutorial is outdated.

Hello, this tutorial http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd371193(v=vs.85).aspx is outdated and uses some old and deprecated stuff like CoInitialize() and CComModule in ATL. It would be much appreciated if this tutorial get updated using the latest in ATL, COM, Windows API, etc. Who should I talk to in order for this change to happen? Thank you.
