Cannot open include file: 'winapifamily.h': No such file or directory

I am just setting my my environment to build an existing project.  We are using VisualStudio2010 + WDK 8.0.  After installing both ( in that order ) and trying to build the project, I get that error almost immediately.  I can't find a copy of winapifamily.h anywhere on the system.  It seems to be a part of VS2013.  Is it possible to use VS2010 with WDK 8.0? If not, what is the appropriate version of WDK?
