Visual C++ - English (United States)

I'm using an MS Walk Through, <http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb384842.aspx>, to learn about the IDE. It provides a step-by-step description of how to create an executable program called "Card Game".

All goes pretty well until I hit the "To add a new source file".  A paragraph above it has some code that's pretty much the end of what needs to be entered.  I would have expect a comment about saving the code there or along the way, but nothing is mentioned. How does one save the code?

The text below "To add a new source file". is where I run into trouble.  Paragraph 1. supplies no info on where "shortcut menu for the Source folder" can be found.  Where is it?
